After attending as a camper, I spent every summer throughout high school and college working my way up to the role of Director. In this position, I supervised and motivated up to 20 high school and college-aged coaches who were responsible for approximately 100 campers each day. I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the oldest baseball camp in Washington, D.C. (excluding other domestic and international locations), which was featured in the Wall Street Journal in May 2015. Additionally, I made hiring and firing decisions and maintained clear and concise communication with coaches, parents, and campers.While coaching baseball, the camp emphasized ethics and values for children aged 4 to 12. At the end of each day, I asked my players two questions: How hard did you work? How did you treat people?
