Toys“R”Us, Inc. was the world’s leading dedicated toy and baby products retailer, operates in approximately 870 Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, and in more than 730 international stores and over 210 licensed stores in 36 countries and jurisdictions.I oversaw real estate project and transaction activity, for office, retail, and distribution locations within the US (860 locations totaling 42m SF) and all international transactions (750 locations). This involved collaborating with senior internal stakeholders to conceptualize, plan, and execute all projects, optimizing the value of the surplus portfolio (2m SF).♦ Generated $50m in revenue from the surplus portfolio in nine months, earning "R" Star Award for achievements in Real Estate and Construction Group.♦ Developed fixed, corporate vendor relationships for brokerage and project management.♦ Championed process improvements by e-engineering all departmental processes; engineered real estate disaster recovery program for distribution centers.

Siemens Real Estate (SRE) is responsible for all of Siemens’ real estate activities – managing the company’s real estate portfolio, optimizing the utilization of space, and overseeing the operation of its real estate holdings.I spearheaded all real estate project and transaction activity for sites within the northeast region of the United States, playing a key role in enhancing the value of the US real estate portfolio, valued at $450m.
