I interned virtually at the University of California, Santa Cruz in their Electrical Engineering Department. My research centered around the history and development of autonomous vehicles, with the opportunity to create my own autonomous vehicle model using Linux and Visual Studio. Along with my research, I participated in weekly workshop meetings for aspiring teachers in which I gained knowledge in developing student lesson plans and in excelling as a future STEM teacher.

I was working in the Pre-K group for the camp. I was responsible for planning and scheduling events for the group with the Group Leader, and working closely with the camp counselors to ensure that they were all informed of the schedule and plans for each day of the weeks. I was also responsible for communicating with parents if any questions would arise regarding the camp.
