• Responsible for executing planning and fabrication, welding, assembly, testing and verification process of Thermal Power Boilers/ Nuclear Steam Generators and Nuclear components per ASME code and TSSA regulations.• Lead and supervise a group of skilled unionized tradesmen 50 plus employees in the day-to-day activities to ensure all company objectives were met regarding safety, cost, quality and schedule.• Prioritize and direct QC Inspection activities (including NDE activity) to ensure ASME code and customer Inspection Test Plan requirements are met and documented for records.• Scheduled manpower according to production requirements in union environment• Monitored manpower, production and quality issues in the Nuclear and Fossil manufacturing departments and ensure all safety requirements are met.• Responsible for performing weekly/monthly safety inspections and Health & Safety meetings, in various department• Accountable to ensure operator's professional training records are updated and in compliance as required per ASME code and TSSA regulations along with business requirements to perform work on Nuclear Vessels and Fossil related components.• Lean Six Sigma Green belt certified.• Think1 leadership certified.• CWB visual weld inspection.• CPR with AED certified

Duties included• Layout fossil boiler panels/header as per the blueprint requirements.• Machine operator Nuclear cleanroom .• Responsible for operating 750 ton vertical break press.• All aspects of fitting and welding.• Operation of overhead remote crane 50 ton capacity.• Machine bending of tube/pipe multiply plane bending.• Welding to pressure boundary using SMAW-FCAW-GTAW.• Assisting shift supervision in the day to day shift requirements (Leadhand).

• Responsible for all activity's performed including safety of shift employee during the fabrication of air induction units/air silence units.• Fabrication from raw material to final product.• Fabrication included shearing/break press fitting welding.• Completed daily log book for shift to shift communication.

Duties included • Fabrication/welding of locomotive trains and L.A.V unit (Light Armored Vehicle)using all process as per Shop instruction sheets/blueprints and Weld procedure sheets including SMAW-FCAW-GTAW.
