To whom this may concern...The past ongoing nine years in supervising and managing both operations, manufacturing and production of goods (mainly cosmetics) has been a massive learning curve in my life. I have learnt allot about myself and what I am capable in which are skillsets I never new I had before...Being able to manage up to 120 people over numerous number of shifts is a skill I am proud to say I have experience in...Managing processes and procedures in the production environment as safely as possible and ensuring optimal production numbers at the lowest cost in the least amount of time coupled with constant improvement is and has been the goal set before me.Being willing and able to learn new skill sets is surely part of what I am capable of, this gives the confirmation that I am willing to swiftly adapt and learn a position I am not familiar with and possibly have never been in before.Ambitious;Positive;Willing to succeed;Adamant in what is correct;Dependable;Proactive....After the above mentioned Ill be the first to admit I do have allot to learn and I admit there is always room for improvement whether individually or in working environment and I look forward to a opportunity that will present this.Thank you for taking the opportunity to learn more about me...
