Meeting deliverables, movement of shipments to branches as per TAT and maintaining good customer experience.  Own and update field staff tracker for every center with route maps, volumes etc Update and send daily center/city performance tracker Visit every center at least once a week Track inventory of motherbags, monsoon bags, bag seals, tapes, delivery bags, voucher books etc Performance appraisal of center managers - once a month Verify all vendor invoices Verify and update COD tracking for all centers Decide van allocation to pick ups, branchers and hub and escalate if additional van needed Ensure COD cash deposit on time Make a log of all queries and follow up with center managers to close them Coordinate with client contacts and arrange pick ups Send for RTO approval daily Escalate issues with vendors to regional manager Connect or dispatch aprpoved RTO to destination daily Follow up with clients to send manifest for pick up Improve delivery rates across centers Track center manager performance and send critical feedback on email copying RM
