CurrentYoga is an ancient mind-body practice that achieves inner and outer balance through controlled breathing, meditation and body posture exercises. Practicing yoga not only increases physical flexibility and strength, but also improves inner peace and concentration. When we enter a yoga class, we first focus on breathing, doing it slowly and deeply, allowing the body and mind to begin to enter a meditative state. Next, we move into various body poses such as Downward Dog, Warrior, and Mountain Pose, each of which requires concentration and synchronization with the breath. As the practice progresses, the body gradually relaxes, the muscles stretch, and the mind becomes peaceful and quiet. After meditation, we slowly return to the real world, feeling relaxed and energized both physically and mentally. Yoga is not only a way to exercise the body, but also a way to cultivate the mind, allowing us to find inner peace and balance in our busy life.
