I conducted a two-semester research project that investigates how caffeine affects learning and memory in the bumblebee. There are two groups of bees, one that is exposed to caffeine in the nectar of artificial flowers and one that is not. Each group must learn to associate a color with reward and then recall this learned behavior after a 30 minute.
