Memento is a technology platform that provides immediate assistance to a loved one in the early stages of memory loss by connecting them to their caregiver’s assistance remotely and securely. It is designed to support in the completion of essential tasks that are difficult to accomplish with memory loss, allowing the loved one to retain their independence rather than be committed to full time care.As a startup, the company was part of an eight week accelerator at James Madison University. I am the founder and lead software developer, currently creating the platform that will be launched as an MVP in a number of memory care facilities for testing.

In charge of website design and maintenance using HTML and CSS, managing a master calendar scheduling events, communicating with the congregation via email and phone call, and designing and producing printed materials with the Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsible for delivering excellent customer support in the store as well as over the phone. This required a comprehensive understanding of marine hardware and troubleshooting, as well as excellent interpersonal and sales skills.

I had the opportunity through the Service Club of Andover to shadow under a managing chemical engineer at the Eisai, Inc pharmaceutical manufacturing plant and experience and understand the operations and responsibilities of the engineers who worked there.
