The main facets were the construction and delivery of, new law courts for the Justice Department, 125,000 square feet of offices for the Cambridge County Council, 120,000 square feet of residential space. There was also support retail, a new library, register office, refurbishment of a number of Grade 1 listed buildings.

These required me to understand JIT deliver and full “pick to belt” retail distribution center planning needs, and as such further developed my knowledge and skill base.Successes include: 320,000 sq. ft. industrial plant for a New York based Plastics Corporation valued at $29 million; 340,000 sq. ft. cooler retrofit for a high street supermarket chain; 640,000 sq. ft. warehouse for the Coca-Cola Company, valued at $21 million. -
