Responsible for growing market share in economically booming Calcasieu Parish as area Regional President. We will focus in providing financial solutions to our clients by providing the best loan, deposit and cash management services through state of the art facilities and by an unsurpassed team of banking professionals. In addition, I hold the position of Chief Credit Officer for the bank and responsible for bank wide loan growth and asset quality through out the growing Southwest Louisiana parishes. I am also a member of the Board of Directors and will participate in senior level committees helping to guide the bank to new heights.

Responsible for the original organization and structure of the Chief Credit Officer position for this new office in the bank. My responsibilities were bank wide credit quality for a $1.2 billion dollar diversified loan portfolio insuring we maintained excellent credit quality and balance loan growth. The primary drivers were the implementation of a sound loan policy and underwriting structure that defined the banks credit risk appetite and set the foundation of our credit culture. In addition to voting on the banks directors loan committee and regional loan committees this position participated on numerous senior level committees. Specific areas of responsibility were: Commercial credit analysis department, Consumer and Small business underwriting department, Loan operations department, Indirect car lending and Specialized products such as commercial insurance premium finance, credit cards and accounts receivable factoring. I managed this department through rapid growth that included credit due diligence on four acquired banks and left with the bank having excellent credit quality.

Responsible for area wide loan and deposit growth. Major emphasis on growing market share by providing banking solutions to area business owners. This position was also responsible for assett quality for the region. Major job activity was coordinating area marketing for the bank's commercial / retail partnership. Provided leadership to three other commercial lenders and four banking center managers to achieve significant market growth.

Carried a siginificant and varied commercial loan portfolio consisting of the regions largest loan and deposit clients.

Managed business banking group intially in Lake Charles and Lafayette and then Lake Charles and Alexandria. Responsible for departments growth, marketing and asset quality. Assumed this position when my former bank (Premier) was acquired.

Responsible for area wide commercial lending activities including; marketing, portfolio growth and asset quality. Assumed this position when my former bank (National Bank of Commerce) was acquired.

Responsible for re-engineering the entire lending function - credit policy, credit culture, credit department, loan operations, special assets department, marketing program and loan review. Served on all senior level committees and the Board of Directors. Improved asset quality and market share until the bank was acquired by Premier Bank.
