Provide all program office and engineering organizational leadership for a $100M+ division of a Tier One aerospace supplierProvide cross-functional management; responsible for all aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) from initial customer engagement through entry into service and operational support. Customers include all major aerospace manufacturers, airlines and operators. Assumed Program Office Director role in 2009 in addition to current duties.
