Served on the BBB Board for 2 years (2010 until I left to start my business). Reduced Turnover at the location to 19.01% from over 30%. Had five Management Trainees to provide future leadership for the location and company.

Both Uniform Sales Reps made President's Club in FY 1998 and FY 2000. Installed approximately $1,300 in new business in a six week period (was on President's Club pace) prior to being promoted to General Manager. Top 10 in lowest Production Expenses in the company every year while serving as Plant Manager. Was second in the company one of those years. Participated in numerous task forces to help improve Plant Processes and was a member of the Midwest Group Process Improvement Team for two years. Volunteered to go into sales after two reps were promoted simultaneously leaving open territories. I had a replacement for my job trained and ready to take my place. Served as the Site Engineer for a drive through expansion. Designed and oversaw the completion of overhead soil storage in the drive through (bags hung over the trucks as they drove through) which had never been done before in the company.
