Current• Responsible for registering patients and obtaining accurate sensitive patient information and insurance authorization verifications in a prompt and timely manner.• Coordinate each patients care with their PCP and surgeons offices along with the multiple hospital disciplines and their departments to ensure legendary service to our patients while sharing a common understanding of team concepts and objectives and works to achieve team and department goals.• Assist supervisor with paper and electronic billing while performing a variety of clerical duties and procedures to follow up and secure payment and or resolve outstanding accounts and receivable balances.
