Area Manager
CurrentI started as a site fuel technician monitoring our automated fuel system for frac pumps. After a year I was moved up to a site lead. I would inspect locations our tanks were on, as well as train guys in key safety areas, make sure they knew all the rules and safety guidelines on location, and assist in any troubleshooting issues. After 6 months I was moved to a area manger overlooking our Colorado fleets. My task at hand was to keep good customer relationships and make sure our system was well maintained and working properly. Safety and environmental health is always the number one priority and I made sure the fuel technicians working location had the PPE needed and correct gear and knowledge to work on site. We also utilize tele-hand forklifts to move fuel hoses and equipment around location for rig up and rig downs. I plan for equipment moving such as scheduling winch trucks and hot shots to move our tanks and equipment. I also plan where our tank will be placed and discuss how we will rig the jobs up.
