John Nord earned the Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 1987. He has been active in the investment industry since 1982. John is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). He is a founding member of the Spokane Society of the FPA, and has twice served as its President. John is also a member in good standing with the Board of Standards for Certified Financial Planners. He is a frequent speaker on financial planning topics. He has authored articles for Management Digest and Working Nurse. He has also been interviewed for The Spokesman-Review and KXLY television station. An avid skier, John races in the masters division of the Pacific Northwest Ski Association.
