I was raised in a family of transportation/trucking professionals, as well as growing up farming. Being the 4th generation, a large amount of experience and mentoring was available to learn many aspects about the trucking industry at a young age.Working from the entry level up in High School with Opies Transport then again with Roadway/YRC after college further developed my knowledge of the business. This knowledge and passion has helped me to be successful at every level. For more than a decade That experience has been used in the sales arena. I am proven leader when it comes to providing solutions to customers that help them meet their goals . This in turn helps hit the goals that the company has set. Working regionally with a team of sales professionals to help them attain specialized service and expedited goals helped further develop management skills. I currently work for Old Dominion Freight Line who is the industry leader in service and quality. Working for the best of the best is helping to hone the skills needed to exceed company and customer expectations. Old Dominion is truly as good as people say we are and it is a privilege to work at ODFL. Having a passion for this industry that is second to none and using that passion to gain experience at all levels has made me a proven performer year in and year out.Don't do it because you have to, do it because you love to. This and years of experience is what has generated proven success year after year.
