Started survey and construction on the Boardwalk / Gulf South Pipeline Southeast Expansion 70+ mile Project as one of the two Construction ROW Agents. Looking forward to a safe, fun and successful project.

Worked for Gulf South Pipeline Company LP through Hatch Nott McDonald (HMM) as a ROW Acquisition Agent for construction of a 70 mile 24" and 30" pipeline in Southeastern Mississippi. I started the project in September 2012 as a Survey Support Agent locating, contacting and meeting with landowners to procure preliminary survey permissions across their respective lands while working within the parameters of fast-paced schedules and deadlines. Included with these day-to-day job duties and obtaining survey permissions was to maintain a 72 hr. pace ahead of as many as 9 different and separate survey crews consisting of but not limited to, Civil Surveyors, Topographical Surveyors, Environmental, Biological, and Cultural Study crews as well as providing 24Hr notifications upon entry to certain landowners who have requested such notices along the proposed 70 mile pipeline route. With that phase completed, I moved into the position of Professional Land Acquisition Agent and then onto ROW Construction Agent.
