Defining Appliance Product Bills of Materials in conjunction with Product Managers and 3rd Party Appliance Manufacturing Vendors.Coordinating with 3rd Party Appliance Manufacturing Vendors & Software release teams, Planning and Manufacturing to ensure First Customer Ship (FCS) dates are met as per agreed schedule.Implementing Appliance Product updates through the support and implementation of the Symantec Engineering Change Order (ECO) Process.Other Activities/Projects:Part of many various cross functional teams defining new processes and schedules for Appliance Product Releases & Product Change requests. Re-defining and improving current existing processes as well as eliminating redundant processes.

Defining Special release Product Bills of Materials in conjunction with Sales & Marketing across the EMEA and APJ regions for all Partner specific and OEM deals.Coordinating the Artwork & Software release teams, Planning, Manufacturing and Shipping to ensure all release and Deal deadlines were met.Managing the Product Lifecycle for all Special Sku products until End Of Life including the support and implementation of the Symantec Engineering Change Order (ECO) Process.Other Activities/Projects:Worked on an extensive Cross Functional team to manage and implement the outsourcing of Manufacturing to 3rd Party vendors in EMEA and APJ.Regular engagement with Sales/Marketing teams to design innovative packaging and content as well as finding Cost of Goods (COGS) reduction for products.
