These tools are used regularly for easy graphic interpretation of $1/2 billion of operating information.Perform the Federal filing of the R&D Tax Credit each year, for a savings-to-date of over $100,000 to the company in saved outside prep fees. (A recent IRS audit, of all financial data, including that year's R&D Tax Credit yielded "No issues - pass". They were totally satisfied with our processes & reports.)Serve as 1 of 3 signatories on a key disbursements account.Regularly work with Quality department on production Audit activity, covering 5S, Lean, and IATF-16949 interests (on shop floor, interfacing with Machine Operators and understanding their machines and operating issues).Developed fixed assets Tracking tool, providing tighter control of approved authorizations for expenditure, from top management. Regularly meet with top Engineers, Plant Managers & General Manager to maintain data alignment.Report summarized labor hours to headquarters, in Germany. This information, along with Cost Center report data, allows me to compile many Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Regularly spot-audit various aspects of financial and inventory control, focusing on main issues. We discuss findings to stay on track with materially-correct reporting.Serve as mentor/trainer to various staff members, to Accounting department, and beyond, to gain better appreciation for the role of good Accounting to the realization of Organization's objectives.
