Aviation Fuel specialist: Reports to the Fuel Delivery supervisor. Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing multi-grades of fuel used in the local project.• Responsible for appropriate storage, removal, recording and reporting of any Hazmat and wasteFuel generated.• Responsible for daily control of product quality received and issued through Shell water testing, API andGravity testing, Temperature, Visual Fuel sampling and additive testing using appropriate techniques.• Required perform operational maintenance & Pre-maintenance check service on a fuel trucks, andrelevant equipment (filter separators , fuel pumps , storage tanks , Nozzles & strainers , fuel pressure gauges, fuel meters , hoses , valves etc. in accordance with operation SOP's.• Equally effective on self-managed projects as a team• Dedicated, hardworking, self-reliant and quick learning.• Good designing, including development and implementation procedures.• Expert in computer works as well as conversant in office works. • Set high standards, precise schedule-Oriented.• Responsible for daily control of product quality received and issued, through Shell water, Gravity andTesting, Temperature, Performs the frequent visual inspection of fuel samples.• Manage bulk inventories through one real-time monitoring system. • Accountable for all systems used inThe transfer of fuel from bulk storage to refueling vehicles.• Ensured proper handling and segregation of products received and verifies quantity and quality.• Kept detailed accounting records of all fuel transfers within the bulk storage systems for clients throughoutthe project dates required.

Guest service Agent:Duties and Responsibilities:Reporting to Front Office Manager.- Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Hotel Kempinski's standards.- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests- Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily- Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner- Make reservations over the phone and in person- Run daily reports to check reservations for accuracy and identify any special requests- Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift and ensuring it balances correctly at the endof shift- Anticipate and address guest’s service needs- Listen to guest’s complaints or concerns and resolve their issue in a timely manner- Promote a safe working environment- Learn and adhere to all fire and emergency procedures, including procedures for handling of the fire panel, ensuring guest safety and participate in an evacuation if necessary - Practice safe working habits, including bending and lifting appropriately to avoid injury, reporting hazards, appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and working to minimize tripping hazards- Comply with the Kempinski Hotel Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics- Performs any additional tasks which are assigned by management
