Hired by Mediq Norway (Medeco) in 2007 as Brand Manager, to contribute to build the Mediq brand “NORAID First Aid” into a leading first aid brand and manage Mediq brand sales in this category. Worked extendedly over the years with rebranding the NORAID profile, sales and product concepts. www.noraid.no Sales increase in B2B brand sales from NOK. 12 mill. to NOK. 23 mill. in my period at Mediq.Re-established a large part of the first aid product portfolio including all pouches, bags, backpacks and hard casings. Built a new refill system for easy resupply of medical disposables in all units. Redesigned packaging and Noriad logos to fit new Mediq company color profile.Some on-boarded suppliers: BLIZZARD hypothermia products, for hypothermia prevention (Civil and Army market). BURNAID burn dressings (all market segments and private label customers). DEFIBTECH defibrillators and accessories. Converted Lifeline AED`s into Norwegian languish and algorithms. Built all marketing materials and webpages. Launched into Mediq Norway’s product portfolio and within a few years made Defibtech into one of the market leaders in the Norwegian AED market. www.hjertestart.no.
