I am a visionary. I am strategic, calculating, and think out of the box, not constrained by artificial limitations. I imagine better ways to achieve success. In 2022 I proposed a new business in SAP that no one believed possible. I successfully launched it by end of year, and it is projected to sell 40-50M in 2024 and to reach 500M annual subscription revenue by 2028.I am a transformer. I am an agent of change. Throughout my career at SAP I have proposed radical changes that required board level approval and were eventually implemented.I am a builder. I lead from vision to execution. I have taken ownership of numerous multimillion dollar customer projects (up to $28M) with the mission to figure out what’s wrong and fix it. I have been brought in to take over and fix major projects at organizations including one of the world’s largest airlines, a global tech manufacturer, a state government, and the US Navy.I am passionate about motivating leaders, peers and my team to achieve their potential and grow their careers.
