I enjoy financial and operational analysis for business. Looking at operating metrics and trends is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role as CFO at Willard Agri-Service. I began working at Willard nearly 3 decades ago. With several finance leadership roles under my belt at Hallmark Cards and Marriott International, I began my work at Willard to put processes into place at a pivotal point in our growth. As a member of the leadership team, it is not only my role to guide the finance function, but to focus on getting the right people in the right positions and utilizing their strengths. We strongly believe that each team member has a vital function to the business, and that’s part of what makes working here so special. Willard Agri-Service is a family owned and run company that began in 1970 as a liquid fertilizer producer, and has grown over nearly five decades to serve the entire Mid-Atlantic region. We provide customers with uniquely formulated fertilizers, nutrient management planning, precision agronomic services, and crop protection products.
