• Successfully acquired a research grant of 300.000 SEK from Sweden’s innovation agency VINNOVA.• Explored the effects of an industry agreement for fossil-free last-mile delivery, making an important contribution to enhancing the retail industry's competitive edge and reducing its environmental impact. • Fostered strong collaboration and relationships with key stakeholders: retailers, LSPs, and public sector.

• Developed, prototyped, tested, and implemented an unattended home delivery solution in an innovation project together with logistics service providers, retailers, and users.• Developed and validated a circular business model for the reuse of clothing by connecting key stakeholders to help consumers donate clothing through a digital platform.• Educated more than 350 students by teaching and administrating multiple bachelor level courses in logistics and supply chain management, quantitative methods, and master level courses in packaging material science. • Introduced new courses and refined the program structure to elevate student learning as member of the management team for the bachelor's program in Logistics Service Management at Lund University.• Engaged as the doctoral student representative for research education within the Department of Design Sciences to improve the quality of research education together with senior researchers.

• Enhanced the picking and packing processes within a fulfillment center specialized in structural bolting assemblies.• Designed and implemented a continuous improvement process for newly opened fulfillment center, providing the warehouse workers with important tools to improve quality and efficiency.• Developed key performance indicators for monitoring logistics processes, providing an important foundation for significant process improvements. • Utilized the SAP Quality Management module to monitor processes as part of my daily work.

Supported other students in engineering mechanics (statics and dynamics) and prepared them for the exams at the end of the terms. Developed construction exercises in machine elements and helped assess submissions.

Learned about the basics of quality assessment in goods reception including but not limited to measurements of surface and shape, reading technical drawings and dealing with tolerances. Conducted sample tests and developed suggestions for improvement in cooperation with production and R&D.
