ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (1998 - 2008)Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Supervisor. Responsible for supervising production engineering work, organizing projects, production floor assistance, managing and maintaining schematic updates, administrating BOMs, meeting with vendors, maintaining servo and PLC changes. Works with other manufacturers for interfaces between machines, pneumatic controls, hydraulic controls, and UL/CSA certification. Also responsible for research and development , install support, supervising other engineers at installs, working with customers during and after installs and troubleshooting onsite and over-the-phone with customers and technicians. Initiated and implemented changes to product designs that reduced overall machine costs. Developed high degree of product knowledge and mechanical expertise that company and colleagues leveraged for effective trouble shooting and product development; served as "go-to" person and key reference for others. Researched and mastered various technical software and upgrades, which provided knowledge that fostered continuous improvement.
