John is a proven leader with years of experience in rapid development and design while meeting the demands of both the customers as well as the business. He currently serves as the Head of Customer Success, Retailer Integrations, Communities, and Affiliates at BrickSeek.com. In this role, he is charged with representing the voice of the customer, strengthening the BrickSeek brand, driving customer education, and leading the BrickSeek Affiliate Networks.Prior to joining BrickSeek, John spent nearly a decade working as a Systems Engineer for a large joint service military defense program, where he was responsible for assisting with the design, testing, integration, training, and fielding of life saving software. Prior to that, he was an active duty Army soldier where he learned what it takes to be a leader, especially under stressful conditions, where he received an honorable discharge with the rank of Sergeant (E-5) after completing a 5-year enlistment.
