Responsible for store maintenance, inventory management, cash management and security while delivering exemplary customer service to shoppers in a competitive retail setting. The position occasionally requires the key holder to perform any and all necessary duties alone in the retail environment.

Responsible for completing 173 store calls between 14 accounts over a 6 week cyclical period. Required during store calls to merchandise and perform inventory distribution checks on GlaxoSmithKline over the counter products. Responsible for mastery and conveyance of up to the date account specific information to store decision makers. Called to secure, build and maintain secondary placements of products using GlaxoSmithKline branded placement vehicles.

Responsible for direct customer service by phone and in person transacting business to meet customer needs. Required to refer and sell business as appropriate. Extensive cash handling and related activities were provided as required. Providing services tailored to the financial requirements of each client in an accurate and professional manner.

Responsible to handle administrative duties while placed in various employment roles for this agency filling temporary employment positions as assigned. Individual assignments often involved working on sensitive subject matter under very little supervision. Duties included maintenance on customer/member accounts, filing appropriate data, scanning needed information, inputting computer data, and other projects.

Provided as directed by Human Resources staff the delivery, accumulation and storage of confidential benefits information all employees of Loyola College. Supported students involved in campus work study with department placement and criteria for continued employment in program. Responsible for documenting EEO data and report overall EEO statistics for applicants to open positions within the Loyola employment network.
