Provide strategic leadership and financial oversight to the CIO and IT leadership team. This role had two primary goals, the first to provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to the CIO and senior leadership by developing and fostering business unit buy-in for key IT project deployment. Secondly, for all key projects - the technology being deployed had to have clear financal payback to the business and that the ROIC, project timelines, business ownership, and accountability was clear.
