Working with the SQL DBA's to document and help improve NMR Plc's process for reporting. Provide application support to NML technicians on two laboratory (LIMS) applications Phoenix and Hamsta. Querying databases using T-SQL, creating stored procedures for reporting in SSRS, Crystal Reports and Excel. Production of SQL stored procedures for use in supporting Phoenix and the design and implementation of a system of SQL stored procedures to self-heel issues affecting Phoenix. Production of SSRS reports.

Making decisions as and when necessary to maximise the use of IT business processes and hence profit.Projected managed the installation of three main software systems. Instigated a new network design to reflect the requirements of PCI DSS and a new Pearson Vue testing site. Managed and maintained the installations of new VoIP phone and CCTV systems.
