While at OPTRA I generated system requirements, radiometric models and performance projections to focus design efforts and optimize system sensitivity. I developed image processing and detection algorithms in MATLAB. I lead integration, optical alignment and final test on a number of DMD based infrared optical systems. I summarized results of all tests and analyses in written memorandums and oral presentations. I identified SBIR solicitations in-line with company goals, research the current state-of-the-art, develop a conceptual design and present it in the form of a grant proposal.
