I am the managing shareholder of Elliott Greenleaf, P.C.'s Blue Bell, Pa office. My practice includes commercial trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts, with a concentration in healthcare litigation, Lanham Act litigation, contract litigation, class actions, employment litigation (including FLSA cases and enforcement of employment agreements and non-compete covenants), complex arbitration, ERISA issues, bankruptcy litigation and other complex civil and white-collar criminal cases. I am a member of the Bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the USDC for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the USCA for the Third Circuit and the US Supreme Court. I am former President of the Montgomery Bar Trial Lawyers.Before private practice, I served a two-year Clerkship with the Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie, former Chief Judge of the USDC for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. I am a 1989 graduate of The Hill School, where I played varsity hockey and baseball teams. I graduated from Georgetown University in 1993, where I was a four year varsity baseball letterman. I am still actively involved with Georgetown both as a Board member for the Hoyas Unlimited and as an alumni interviewer. I graduated from Villanova Law in 1998.Before law school, I interned with the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe ("CSCE") - a bi-partisan Congressional organization that monitors human rights, security and economic development issues in Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union. In 1994, I served on the staff of the CSCE Congressional Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the CSCE, in Vienna, Austria. I also interned for the Congressman Steny Hoyer (D-Maryland) and the DCCC before returning to Pennsylvania.My wife Mary Jo and I live in Blue Bell with our five children. I also coach or have coached baseball, football, basketball and soccer in Whitpain township.
