I represent both emerging and established investment managers in all aspects of fund structuring and investor negotiations for strategies across the liquidity spectrum, from hedge funds and credit funds to closed-end vehicles, in addition to hybrid funds and other evergreen structures. Previously, I served as the Asia Head of Hedge Fund Consulting at Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage in Hong Kong, providing strategic guidance to investment managers in launching and scaling their businesses. And prior to that, I also served as in-house counsel at Highbridge Capital in New York.
