• Lead for Process Excellent, Lead for RCIs, Champion for Green Belt, Kaizen Facilitator, (CAPA), SAP, MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook• Reviewing contract quality requirements, • Work directly with operating entities to ensure that inspections, process control analyses or audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications• Liaison with Manufacturing Engineering to address the situation when the stated method of work can’t deliver the requirement.• Work with the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure Rework Order Schemes (ROS) are drawn up for agreed rework activities.• Track Quality metrics for the area in which the PQE works.• Identify opportunities for improvement both within the QE’s area as well as in the processes that supply the area.• Help with the ITP Internal Test Plain by oversee, confirm documentation completeness and compliance to the Index for creation of a Unit.• Lead and or conduct investigations into the root cause of non-conformance, (Seven step), Collect Data, Analyze Causes, Plan Solution and Implement, Evaluate, Standardize and actions with (CAPA) corrective action / preventive action • Raise and close concessions for issues that have been caused by Siemens AG.• Liaison with the Supplier Quality Team and other QEs when supplier liable issues arise and work to resolve the issues.• Sap Account to perform QN generation and tracking• Review Engineering Drawings against the BOM for completeness and Manufacturability• Gathering manufacturing records for the Manufacturing Build Books and locating missing quality documents for the Quality Certification records to complete the consent to ship process.
