As the the Chief Financial Officer of Flash Hill Trades, my responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, building a top-notch finance and accounting team, ensuring revenues and expenses stay in balance, overseeing FP&A (financial planning & analysis) functions, making recommendations on mergers and acquisitions, obtaining funding, working with department heads, etc.Perusing financial reports, and deciding where and when to invest company funds is a very sensitive aspect of my job which does not only defines me, but also opens my mind to flexibility. I oversee the capital structure of the company, determinie the best mix of debt, equity, and internal financing, and address the issues surrounding capital structure of the company.

I analyze key financial information to optimize financial planning. From preparing and maintaining important financial reports, to preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time, to evaluating financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help thw company run it standards.From the conclusions derived from myself and Accounting team, via relevant cost analysis, the company can be sure to make better and evidence-based decisions. And finally, I assist senior business managers with financial decision-making.
