A trusted voice to boards and leadership teams, I help identify and scale market-driven solutions that maximize profitability, adapt strategy to regulatory change, and mitigate risk.As Head of Private Wealth for Associated Bank, I transformed the bank’s wealth management organization by unifying previously separate businesses into one entity. Leading a team of more than 300 professionals, I crafted the business’ inaugural financial, operational, and IT roadmap strategies that drove nearly $150M in revenue within three years. I additionally recruited and developed a new leadership team, rebuilt the sales team, and guided the business through multiple crises and regulatory shifts.I transitioned to Head of Private Wealth after serving as Chief Investment Officer for 20 years. Continually identifying opportunities for growth, I created a separate Registered Investment Advisor to meet Global Investment Performance Standards, developed a new retail distribution channel, and launched a successful ESG proprietary fund. Prior to joining Associated Bank, I oversaw the Private Capital Group for Sun Trust Bank and held a P&L role at Huntington Banks of Michigan.I thrive at building and empowering teams to trust each other and challenge complacency. Respected for fostering collaboration across many different stakeholders, I hold a record of building lasting partnerships with leadership, regulators, and government agencies. My passion for people is matched by my love for animals. I am a volunteer for a popular urban wildlife sanctuary in the Green Bay Area that cares for more than 6,000 orphaned and injured animals each year. I also volunteer for the Wisconsin Humane Society.
