Provide documentation for compliance with Ordinance and statutes for permitting of street closures, utility work above or below ground, restoration, blasting permits, land disturbance permits, block party permits, sidewalks and hauling permits. Provide communication of projects, policies and restrictions to local authorities, neighborhood groups, and Public information Officer. Supervise Engineering Inspectors of infrastructure projects.

Conduct storm water compliance inspections for all commercial construction for erosion and sediment control and best management practices. Oversee outfall inspections program, Industrial sites and residential construction for MS4, EPA and KDHE compliance. Document and record SWPPP findings and coordinate corrective measures for compliance.

Provide demolition program oversight for compliance with local, state and federal guidlines for the Unified Govenment of Wyandotte County/Kansas City Kansas. Inspect, assess, implement all aspects of contractor compliance, budgetary, contractual, and property owner corrspondance. Work with local police, Fire, SWAT, SCORE, as well as DEA, FBI, ATF, and other government agencies to schedule and provide training opportunities of properties slated for demolition.
