The Vice-President of Facilities is a senior level professional with responsibility for providing the leadership, supervision & overall support for College's Facilities Management Department. Provides the professional direction, oversight and management for all campus operational functions, including SRC Arena and Events Center, athletic complex, capital projects and planning, space administration, utilities management, facilities maintenance, construction and renovations, building services, grounds and building maintenance.Responsible for developing, organizing, directing and administering all phases of the physical plant operation including financial management, building maintenance, grounds, residence halls, campus fleet, building services, utilities and capital projects for the college. Ensure effective capacity planning and resource balancing of operations professionals to meet business demands (i.e. recruiting, hiring, deployment, managed attrition).Participates in the development of long and short-range capital facilities and space utilization plans for the campus. Investigates and evaluates the immediate and long-range building/physical plant needs and requirements. Provide leadership and management support for overall operating structure that effectively controls and contains cost plan targets through the utilization of best practices.
