QA/QC Inspection Work; Coordinate NDE; Review Weld Radio-graphs; Check weld fit-ups and completed welds; Walk packages and sell off to third party; Review Spec.'s for P.W.H.T. Review codes and specifications for compliance. Inspect Insulation, and Paint for compliance.

Turnaround in Solvents and Per/Tet Unit. Over see maintenance and repair of 128 Carbon Steel, Nickel, and Monel alloy welds on piping, vessels, and exchangers. All welds were were Closure Welds "Golden Welds" Also successful completion of start up of unit.

QA/C Inspection;Walk piping packages; Test and approve hydro static tests. Monitor Welding procedures; Test Welders.

Coordinated and reviewed post-weld heat treating (PWHT) for compliance with specifications. Maintained daily time sheets for QA/QC department. Actively participated in daily turnover and construction meetings, and presented reports in inspector meetings. Represented QA/QC department at sub-contractor kick-off meetings. Conducted system walk-downs, inspecting material compliance. Witnessed and approved hydrostatic and pneumatic testing. Developed punch lists, and followed-up. Performed pre-commissioning walk-downs. Recognized for providing on-site supervision of inspection team across long hours to meet project needs.
