John A. Palus co-founded Dynamic Engineering with partner Jeffrey Spalt in 2004. Mr. Palus brings 20 years of practical experience in commercial, residential, and industrial land development in the State of New Jersey. His experience extends throughout the entire state, including work in every County. Included within his areas of expertise are site grading, earthwork, stormwater management and water quality design, and NJDEP permitting inclusive of TWA, Stream Encroachment and Wetlands, and numerous others.Mr. Palus provides an aggressive approach to his client’s projects identifying their needs up front and resolving them within the desired timeframes. He also applies value engineering throughout the duration of the project in an attempt to ensure the budgets are met.
