As Vice President of Client Solutions for HHAeXchange, the leading provider of homecare management software, I’m focused on ensuring all customers are receiving maximum value and achieving their goals. HHAeXchange is the only platform that connects state agencies, managed care payers, providers, and caregivers in one place, enabling unparalleled collaboration across the care team.“Client solutions” is synonymous with “customer satisfaction.” On a fundamental level, my role is not unlike that of a restaurant server providing a positive experience for a diner, or a caddie providing the right club to a golfer. A mistake has consequences – whether it be a wrong order or a missed shot. Communication, transparency, efficiency, and compliance are all key to avoiding mistakes. The stakes are much higher when homecare agencies are relying on HHAeXchange’s technology to improve workflow efficiencies like scheduling and billing, and state governments and managed care organizations are relying on the tech to mitigate fraud and abuse and ensure optimal compliance. It’s my goal to deliver the best tool possible, freeing up time and energy for agencies and caregivers to provide better care, by advocating for constant improvement.Before HHAeXchange, I spent seven years at CGI, a global IT consulting and solutions company, where I grew to become a senior consultant in the State and Local Government Solutions division.In 2017, I joined HHAeXchange as a project manager and quickly transitioned to the Client Solutions team. Since, I’ve leaned on my “stay, grow, scale” philosophy, as I rose to the VP level in 2020.Beyond HHAeXchange, I also serve on the board of the Home Care Providers Association of New York City (HCP of NYC), allowing me to have another touchpoint with providers to better understand their needs, and how tech solutions can help improve outcomes at every point of the homecare ecosystem.
