Our company recently acquired Davoli's Catering, where I am now actively involved in project management, food prepping, and serving. My role encompasses overseeing the entire catering process to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients. From managing events to hands-on preparation and service, I am dedicated to maintaining the high standards and personalized touch that Davoli's Catering is known for.

During my year as Creative Director at The CoLab Cafe, I honed my skills in photography, videography, and creative directing. This role allowed me to explore and enhance my creative abilities, contributing to dynamic and engaging content for our projects. My time at The CoLab Cafe played a crucial role in shaping my approach to visual storytelling and creative leadership.

For four years, I worked at WeekThink Marketing under the guidance of founder Git Tran, where I gained comprehensive knowledge in various types of marketing. This invaluable experience provided me with a strong foundation and inspired me to start my own agency. My time at WeekThink allowed me to develop a deep understanding of marketing strategies and practices, which I now apply to help restaurants grow through Curbside Marketing.

Love Of Zen was my very first business venture, a clothing brand dedicated to building a vibrant community in Jacksonville. Through this journey, I gained invaluable experience in managing various aspects of a business, including licensing, taxes, team leadership, and more. This role provided me with foundational skills and experiences that I will never forget, shaping my approach to entrepreneurship and community-building.

My very first job was at Jollibee, where I began as a high school student and eventually progressed to a managerial role. In this position, I had the opportunity to help open new stores across America. Through my time at Jollibee, I gained extensive experience in working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and engaging in research and development. This role laid the groundwork for my career in management and hospitality.

From 2019 to 2020, I worked at Publix in the deli while simultaneously holding a job at Jollibee. During my time at Publix, I gained extensive knowledge about various types of food in the industry and honed my customer service skills. Balancing two jobs allowed me to develop a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the food industry.
