Responsible for ensuring that all time lines related to the supply chain i.e., all departments and processes within the manufacturing environment to include; procurement, sourcing, production, customer service, and sales are adhered to and proceed in an efficient manner. Support vendor relations through the negotiation and enforcement of timely delivery of goods used for manufacturing from external vendors.Partner with Customer Service Team throughout the course of the manufacturing process interacting with customers, ensuring that they receive an exceptional level of service, managing their expectations as needed.Streamline processes for sales and operations to maximize output efficiency as well as making use of extensive industry based knowledge and experience to best achieve business goals.
