John has involved in diversified range of professional service for the international companies in the region including automotive, shipbuilding and transportation industry. Recently he has led various outsourcing engagements such as incorporation of a legal entity, monthly bookkeeping, payroll, treasury, tax compliance, financial reporting under USGAAP and IFRS for overseas parent company and liquidation. Additionally, he have engaged mock tax review, assistance during the tax audit and tax appeal process for the international companiesHe also managed a number of cross-border acquisitions such as ZF’s acquisition of suspension division of KASCO, Roulunds’s acquisition of Rubber business, due diligence of various automotive and shipbuilding companies. Over the past three years, John has involved in insolvency work and sell and buy side financial advisor for the M&A of distressed companies.
