John Parmigiani is the executive manager of the Disruptive Ventures Family of private equity funds who select venture capital and growth equity investments in the private marketplace. Mr. Parmigiani is also the Chief Executive Officer of Allied Millennial Partners, Millennial Advisers, and OneSource Fi , headquartered at Three World Financial Center in New York City. utilizing StoneX , Interactive Brokers and Schwab Institutional for clearing and custodial services. With 26 years’ experience, John maintains his Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 27, 63, 65, 79, 86, 87, 99 and Life and Annuity Licenses.He also maintains the designation of Chartered Market Technician® (CMT). Earning the CMT demonstrates mastery of a core body of knowledge of investment risk in portfolio management, including quantitative approaches to market research and rules-based trading system design and testing. It is the highest level of training within the discipline.Mr. Parmigiani studied at the FINRA institute at the Wharton School of business in 2013 and was conferred the designation of Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional™ (CRCP™) .The program provides compliance, legal and regulatory professionals with an in-depth understanding of the foundation, theory and practical application of securities laws and regulation. Currently, Mr. Parmigiani is serving his second term on the FINRA National Adjudicatory Council (January 2023 to December 2026). The (NAC) reviews initial decisions rendered in FINRA disciplinary and membership proceedings. The NAC may affirm, dismiss, modify, or reverse any finding, or remand for further proceedings. He previously served January 2019 to December 2020.John also serves on the FINRA New York Regional Committee. These committees advise FINRA on industry trends of regulatory concern, provide input on the impact of FINRA’s regulatory programs and communicate high-level information regarding meeting discussions to their constituents in addition to serving as panelists in FINRA disciplinary proceedings.Previously in 2017, Mr. Parmigiani served 3 years on the FINRA Small Firm Advisory Committee. There John along with fellow members, reviewed and commented on all new and amended FINRA rule proposals and provided guidance to FINRA staff regarding the potential impact of proposed regulatory initiatives on FINRA's small firms. The SFAC ensures that issues of particular interest and concern to small firms are effectively communicated to and considered by the FINRA Board of Governors.
