John Parnell is a Professor of Management and Eminent Scholar of Business at University of North Alabama. When he was Department Head in Commerce with Texas A & M University he hired me as a Professor and we began doing research together before I started -and continue to do research to this day. He is very active in publishing and is a very talented administrator. He currently is serving as a Dean and would make an exceptional dean at even a larger university as he is able to build productive teams as well as leading by example. He is a challenging classroom lecturer, great at service, caring, and fair. He is a motivational administrator who can get schools ready for AACSB as well as building the long term academic contributions of faculty. He'll continue to publish and be a true leader. "
