As a Commercial Project Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, my role entails both strategic financial planning and analysis as well as technical solution development. The global harmonization of SAP was a large focus in this role. I partnered with operations teams to implement new modules, build out workflows, and test functionality to drive continuous improvement. I became a subject matter expert on SAP FI CO. I handled closing for manufacturing and engineering business units across North America. In addition, I processed mass entries and reconciliations for sub-ledger transfers and cross-company clearing.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS► Improved productivity and order accuracy on a $30B business.► Deployed and influenced adoption on SAP FI CO MM CO-PA.► Ensured business continuity, building and managing manual processes during the introduction of new modules.► Cut $18K+ in overtime by streamlining the month-end closing process.
