Created, developed and lead a subsidiary business for Solar Juice Pty Ltd. The role focused on small, medium and up to utility-scale commercial solar PV opportunities in what is an emerging, but very much a challenging and still immature Australian market sector. Key achievements:1) Worked from a zero baseline to deliver over 0.5 MW of medium scale projects in a space of 12 months. The market was very volatile and challenging, and projects faced mounting complexity, driven by Electricity Distribution Network Providers, Local Government and the Federal Regulators imposing high compliance costs and regulatory barriers on solar investors.2) Excellent track record of contract performance and ongoing support with clients.3) Recruited and nurtured a highly professional and disciplined project team capable of delivering: turnkey commercial projects. Team members therefore gained all round competence, technical excellence to industry's best practice, and understanding of all relevant statutory requirements.4) Developed a range of in-house, highly sophisticated, modelling tools providing major financial benefits to commercial PV end users and investors. Notable IP: * Proprietary energy modelling and peak load demand algorithms* Project finance and Investment models.
