1. Implements, maintains, oversees and contributes to the development of IT Securitypolicies, procedures, and associated plans for system security and control based onindustry-standard best practices.2. Conducts information security awareness with examination.3. Creates and maintains the enterprise’s security architecture (IS Program).4. Analyzes, evaluates and assess server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, andnetwork traffic for unusual or suspicious activity. Interpret activity and makerecommendations for resolution.5. Provides resolution creatively and independently to security incidents in a cost-effectivemanner.6. Performs review of event logs detecting unauthorized access and security breach.7. Assess and communicates any and all security risks associated with any and allpurchases or practices performed by the company.8. Remains informed on trends and issues in the security industry, including current andemerging technologies and prices. Advise, counsel, and educate executive andmanagement teams on their relative importance and financial impact.9. Performs monitoring of privileged user access, SIEM, firewalls, antivirus and remoteaccesses.10.Manages Active Directory, Fortigate Firewall, TrendMicro and Sophos Antivirus, Kaseya and Boomgar Remote and other IT Security tools.11.Branch monitoring.12.Administers, manage and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.Define end user roles, groups and policies.13.Facilitates Download and Testing of Operating System Security Patches.14. Identifies, investigates, and resolves users problems with computer software and hardware.15. Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding connectivity, billing and similar concerns.16. Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.17. Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.18.Guides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.19.Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems.20. Arranges service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products.21. Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.22. Performs other related duties as assigned.
