• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications;• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;• Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults;• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;• Provide technical support to employee or clients, either face to face or over the telephone to resolve and identify solution to computer problems.• Handling multiple Client Infratrusture and support system and applications.• Monitoring of Client MS Sharepoint to AWS backup.• Handling and monitoring all IT Documents(Infra, seatplan, Accountability, licenses, Inventory and Task Tracker).• Handling and Monitoring all Purchase items.• Monitoring and Handling staff Timesheet and Tickets.• To perform other related duties as may be assigned by superior.

The Associate IT Support Engineer will report directly to the assigned Senior Systems and Network Administrator and Associate Manager - IT Division of DBAG Facilities Management Inc. Primary duties will include, but not limited to: • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications; • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks; • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults; • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; • Provide technical support to employees or clients, either face to face or over the telephone to resolve and identify solutions to computer problems. • Ensure that inventory of PCs and other IT resources are regularly conducted. It must be updated and regularly maintained. • To perform other related duties as may be assigned by the superior.
