Senior It Support Engineer (Team Leader)
CurrentTeam Leader (IT Support Division)• Evaluate client’s IT related Operations Solutions for outsourcing requirements and advise innovative IT solutions.• Provide Technical Support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.• Leads and directs teams to make sure that service level agreements (SLAs) are in place both in local and remote teams.• Leads and directs support team and monitor all WIP task and jobs• Prepares clients invoice for IT Services• Managing the Admin and Support work• Motivate the team (training and tutoring, conveying objectives and targets, setting targets, etc.)• Manage teams’ performance and well-being• Identify team goals and evaluate team progress• Collaborate with the Infrastructure team on any projects and deployment• Responsible for overseeing multiple site IT Resources request and operational requirements• Collaborate with the Managers and Team Leaders to improve support services delivery• Perform other related duties as may assigned by supervisor or management.Technical Support - IT Support Level 1 & 2• Performs level 1 and level 2 Support - Senior Associate tasks• Performs level 1 and level 2 Support - Associate tasksClient Support Services (IT Support Services)• Handles clients technical support request• Liaise with Cloud vendor/purchase, renewals, and ticket support• Deploy/Setup Cloud tools based on client requirements• Liaise with client's staff with related resources access, setups, and knowledge baseOther (Admin Jobs) Technical Requirement for IT Supplies• Liaise with IT Suppliers for the IT Requirements1.
